Rates and Reservations

Room rates are $35 USD for a single or double room, $40 USD for a triple room and $45 USD for a quadruple room. Well behaved children and outside pets welcome. All rooms rentals include everything we have to offer. Our home is your home away from home. Nuestra casa es tu casa.

For guaranteed reservations, we ask for a 20% non-refundable advance deposit; otherwise it's first come, first served. Please email us for the banking details.

We also do whole house rentals. Ten beds (5 doubles, 4 singles and 1 king size) in 4 bedrooms and 3 upstairs separated lofts for $175 USD a day. Advance notice and a 50% deposit (non-refundable within 30 days of your arrival) required for whole house rentals. Price includes live in care takers for maintenance, house keeping and info.
